JOB DESCRIPTION
Would you like to help build a growing executive search and specialist recruitment business in the Nordic defence and security sector?
In this role, you will develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities and lead recruitment assignments for organisations operating in a fast-growing and highly competitive industry. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, building a strong understanding of their needs and the people who can help move their organisations forward.
You will take ownership of your market and have the opportunity to shape your own position. This means staying close to the industry, learning continuously and taking an active role in conversations with companies and candidates across the Nordics and internationally.
The role combines business development with the delivery of high-quality search assignments.

PROFILE
You are curious about the defence and security sector and genuinely motivated to understand the industry, its organisations and the people who work in it. Previous experience from the defence industry is not essential. What matters is that you are keen to learn, read up on the sector and enjoy building relationships with people who work in complex and important fields.
You are confident in client-facing situations and able to earn trust in a demanding environment. You take responsibility, put the client first and understand the importance of careful, professional relationship management with both clients and candidates. You are comfortable working internationally and collaborating across cultures.
We believe you will bring:
- Experience in a commercial, consulting, recruitment or other client-facing role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A genuine interest in people and in developing a deep understanding of the industries you serve
- A proactive, accountable and curious approach to your work
- The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English
- A valid B-category driving licence
We value sound judgement, maturity and personal drive. Your ability to build confidence, follow through and represent the business with professionalism matters as much as your years of experience.

We are part of an established recruitment team with experience across several specialist industries, and we work closely together while each person develops their own market.
Our team has worked with some of the largest international defence groups, and we are a strategic partner.
